We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. Returned exchanged items must be in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in saleable condition, with tags and labels attached. Availability of stock affects exchanges, which must be returned within 30 days of purchase, along with proof of purchase.

What is the shipping cost for my order?

Delivery is calculated based on the size of your order and your delivery location. We automatically select the lowest cost from our approved courier partners as you complete checkout. All deliveries are made via courier. 

The School Locker takes pride in customer satisfaction. We understand that children are constantly growing. If your child’s uniform or shoes do not fit properly after you purchase the item(s), we will gladly exchange them with the identical item in the right size. Exchanges only.

Exchanged items must be returned in the original packaging and be unworn (except for trying on), unwashed, unaltered, and with tags and labels intact. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Simply visit The School Locker store that stocks your uniform within 60 days of purchase and we will make arrangements to exchange your item(s). Proof of purchase will be required.

Have you ever tried on the same kind of product from different brands and ended up in a different size for each brand? Sometimes, even when it's the same brand, the size label that fits you is different.

This happens to our customers all the time. Our partnered institutions may have up to 5 different clothing labels for the same product, each with different sizing.

Our aim with To Fit is to make it easier and faster for our customers to select a size that fits - no matter what brand or size is on the clothing label.

School Locker will now base sizes on measurements. Customers will measure the students, and we will take care of the rest.
